Description
The Broad-winged Skipper (Poanes viator) is a small butterfly with orange wings bordered by dark brown and wide, rounded hindwings, often found in wetland habitats such as marshes, swamps, and along water edges across eastern and central North America.
Range
Found in large wetlands around the state.
